PRICING

Pricing will vary dependent upon:

  • Type of event
  • Seasons as noted to the right
  • Time of day and duration of event
  • Whether the event is indoor only, outdoor only or
    both indoor and outdoor
  • Number of guests

POLICIES

Alcohol Policy

  • An insured bartender is required at weddings when alcohol is served.
  • Bartending services will be provided by THE 1898.
  • You are permitted to bring your own liquor, but the alcohol must be served by THE 1898 bartender.
  • A security officer is required when alcohol is served. An additional security officer is required for each 100 guests.

Rental Policy

  • Event Liability Insurance is required for all weddings and event functions when alcohol is served.
  • A wedding coordinator is required for weddings exceeding
    150 Guests.
  • A security deposit is required for all events.
  • Liability Insurance is required for all vendors. Refer to the Sample Vendor Contracts.
