- Seasons as noted to the right
- Time of day and duration of event
- Whether the event is indoor only, outdoor only or
both indoor and outdoor - Number of guests

POLICIES
Alcohol Policy
- An insured bartender is required at weddings when alcohol is served.
- Bartending services will be provided by THE 1898.
- You are permitted to bring your own liquor, but the alcohol must be served by THE 1898 bartender.
- A security officer is required when alcohol is served. An additional security officer is required for each 100 guests.
Rental Policy
- Event Liability Insurance is required for all weddings and event functions when alcohol is served.
- A wedding coordinator is required for weddings exceeding
150 Guests. - A security deposit is required for all events.
- Liability Insurance is required for all vendors. Refer to the Sample Vendor Contracts.
