WEDDING PRICING & PACKAGE OVERVIEW
BASE SERVICE PACKAGE DETAILS
All packages include the use of:
- Full 1st floor of the house, including front and side porch.
- 2nd floor: Glam Room, two Bridal “get ready” bedrooms with private full bathroom, central lounge with television.
- Tables & linens for up to 200 guests- including DJ table, 1 Cake Table, Gift table and four food tables. Tables will be 8-seat banquette style. Napkins excluded. Linens are polyester with a large variety of solid colors to choose from.
- Chairs for up to 200 guests. Chairs will be white aluminum.
- Bartenders (two maximum in base rate)
- Outdoor Wedding Garden to be available after October 15, 2022.
- For outdoor events with 100 or more guests: One executive restroom trailer (A/C & heated) with 2 stalls each- men’s & women’s restroom.
- Each couple will have access to the property for an engagement shoot by appointment.
- Scheduled wedding rehearsal for a 1.5 hour duration in the week leading up to the wedding, by appointment.
- Access to the property will start at 9:00 AM the day of the wedding and end at 11:00 PM that day.
- Complimentary wifi
- Sonos wireless sound system on the 1st floor.
- Security officers -maximum of two for 4 hours each.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
THE 1898 can assist with either recommending or providing service (for an additional fee) by any needed vendors, such as: florists, caterers, photographers, DJs, videographers, tents, specialty lighting, wedding props, tables, chairs, linens and dinnerware. Client will be required to pay a 10% surcharge on Vendor’s contracts hired by THE 1898.
The bride and groom can also stay at THE 1898 the night of the Wedding for an additional fee of $275.
PRICING (includes items noted in Base Services above)
Base Service Weddings & Receptions during Peak Season will typically range from $4,500 to $5,500 depending on guest count (plus tax).
Base Service Weddings and Receptions during Off Peak Season will typically range from $3,500 to $4,500 depending on guest count (plus tax).
Micro Weddings (up to 50 guests including wedding party) during Peak Season will be $3,000 (plus tax).
Micro Weddings (up to 50 guests, including wedding party) during Off Peak Season will be $2,250 (plus tax).
For weddings during the week, Monday through Thursday, rates are reduced by $1,000 on pricing noted above.

Base Pricing is based on several factors:
- Peak Season
- Number of guests
- Wedding and / or Reception
- Micro Wedding
- Time of day and day of week
- A $500 Security Deposit will be required.
- THE 1898 will add a 10% surcharge on Vendors hired by THE 1898.
- Clients are expected to acquire Special Event Insurance for their event. This insurance can be sourced from: TheEventHelper for roughly $127.00. THE 1898 can assist with guidance if you have difficulty obtaining this insurance.
